EK11 : Süreç Arıza Modu ve Etki Analizi

Bilgi Paylaşımı Programı (SKP)

Genel Bakış

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a structured methodology used for risk prevention and applicable to many industries. It is use to analyse a design or process and identify potential failure mode, root cause and associated effects. Each failure modes is scored based on an assessment of through the Severity (SEV), Occurrence (OCC) and Detection (DET) concept, these are assessed and engineering judgement is used to determine if the risk is acceptable.

Usage of Risk Priority Number (RPN), where these are assessed and engineering judgment is used to determine if the risk is acceptable. Recommended actions are developed and reassessed to reduce the RPN with priority given to the highest RPN values and customer defined specific characteristics. This process continues until the risk level is acceptable.

  • Program Manager
  • Engineer involved in New Product Development
  • Quality Engineer implanting ISO2016/IATF16949 and for those involved in Product and Process Design and Development and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Assists in considering the possible failure modes and their effect on the reliability and manufacturability of the product.
  • To introduce FMEA as tools to anticipate and prevent defects, which protects the client from receiving non-conforming product.
