Program Overview

The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) outlines the methods use in production and service commodities approval process including bulk materials, up to and including part submission warrant in the Advanced Quality Planning process. This course addresses the purpose of PPAP, provides an overview of each of the elements required for PPAP. It also provides an overview of each of the submission levels and the required documentation.

  • To provide exposure on OEM’s requirement and the procedure to complete PPAP forms published by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG).
